About

Hi 👋

I’m Guillaume Le Goc, PhD. Trained as a physicist, I carried out a PhD in neuroscience – looking at the effect of temperature on larval zebrafish behavior and brain activity.

I’m currently working as a research associate in the Bouvier lab at the Paris-Saclay Institute of Neuroscience (NeuroPSI), setting-up analysis pipelines for both large histological images and behavior quantification.

I’m broadly interested in data analysis for animal behavior, neuroscience and beyond.
