About
Hi 👋
I’m Guillaume Le Goc, PhD. Trained as a physicist, I carried out a PhD in neuroscience – looking at the effect of temperature on larval zebrafish behavior and brain activity. Then I worked as a research associate in the Bouvier lab at the Paris-Saclay Institute of Neuroscience (NeuroPSI), setting-up analysis pipelines for both large histological images and behavior quantification.
I’m now at the LNCMI in Toulouse, working with researchers to develop analysis programs and promote open data in the scope of the OSCARS HiMagnetOS project.
I’m broadly interested in data analysis for animal behavior, neuroscience and beyond.
